Techdinamics Desktop connection settings are found under Settings / Connection, see image bellow.
Once on this page, you will need to provide the following information.

This field is used to specify the connection name that identifies the Desktop Client on the server. This name needs to be unique across all instances of the Techship Desktop application connected to the same portal. Techship will also create a printer queue for each connection.
This is the portal URL that was provided by Techdinamics. This fields does not require the protocol information (HTTP or HTTPS). This would be the same URL that is used to access Techdinamics web portal. If you need more information on the URL please contact support.
This username will be used to connect to the portal. It is the same username that is used when connecting to the web portal. If you need more information on the URL please contact support.
