Bellow are the instructions to Delete a shipment using Techship web portal

  1. Login to the portal
  2. Open the Batches page  (menu: Orders \ Batches)
  3. Select the batch you would like to change
    Tip: You can change the Status (drop-down) and/or use Batch # search (enter the carton id here) to find the batch in question.
  4. On the Batch (Shipment) page, find the DELETE BATCH button at the bottom of the page - click on it.  
  5. Now the order is deleted and you can make changes and reprocess it.
