When importing an order, you might come across the “Failed to fast import: Orders with Null shipment weight found” error.



This is directly related to the order information entry in your WMS.

To solve this issue, access, verify and correct the weight of your orders in your WMS (which is detected as empty).


NOTE: If you don't have this information, you can set the weight to zero and then handle it on techSHIP's side, but the value cannot be empty.


Once done, you’ll be able to import if your orders’ information is complete and correct.
