When processing orders you might come across the "1100432 Failed to void the shipment. Shipping error" error.
This error message, specific for Purolator orders, is shown when a label has been generated for a long time (cut-off date) and a void request is placed but the order was never manifested.
To solve this issue, reach Purolator with the order information for voiding and discarding, since techShip cannot perform the action until Purolator releases the lock on the generated label.
