Critical Error in NetSuite Order Fulfillment "issueinventorynumber"

This error means that inventory file with decremented items qty (because of shipment files) was uploaded before shipment files were uploaded to NetSuite.


1) You need to check LotNumber of failed item at this step (NetSuite Fulfill Order 19.1):



2) Now you need to take WarehouseSKU and go to higher step (dpHUE NetSuite WhsShipments), as you can see your item at this step have another LotNumber:



This LotNumber at this step shows how this SKU looks like in NetSuite.


3) Now you know SKU id of item that caused this problem and you can send an email to customer with request.


"This LotNumber (211013) for this SKU (RTK220101) shows an insufficient amount in NS, because of that we are not able to uplod shipment file. Could you please correct qty for this item in NS ? After that we will be able to uplod shipment file"
