How to verify Sales Channels activity logs [Step-by-step guide]

When you execute actions through the Sales Channels section, these are recorded through the Logs, allowing you to make sure that these have either been completed, failed or are in progress.


NOTE: Make sure that you are operating at the right Vendor/Warehouse beforehand.


To review the Sales Channels' Logs you will have to:


1. Click Logs under Sales Channels


2. (Optional) Filter information by any of the possible ways


  • Quick Search: Entering the value you are searching for in the search bar, which will look up the value in all the visible fields
  • Advanced Search: Click in the Filter icon by the Search Bar to deploy the advanced fields and complete them accordingly




NOTE: You can search specific information through ID fields, and groups of data through date thresholds or dropdown fields (e.g. entity type as Product for all the activity related to products, or message type Error).



3. Review the information that has been filtered
