Set up a future Ship Date for your orders through Desktop Client [Step-by-Step guide]

When processing orders through the Techdinamics Desktop Client, you might want to schedule pickup for your orders in future dates.

NOTE: This feature will require you to update the value you set on a frequent basis as your future pickup date is met.

Feel free to follow the step-by-step guide written below or the video guide, as you prefer:

To set a future date for pickup you have to:

1. Switch to the Settings tab

2. Define the Default Ship (Pickup) Date by selecting the Date and Time from the calendar; This day and time will be used to determine when your orders should be picked up regardless of the current date when you process it

3. Press Save to apply the changes

4. Press Save to apply the changes.

Once the current date meets the future Default Ship (Pickup) Date, either:

  • Clean the field if you won't use the future date anymore
  • Change the date to the future date you'd like to use for the shipments you process until you meet it
