When onboarding/adding a new Old Dominion account the following information needs to be provided and verified:
TO BE PROVIDED
- API Key
- Username/Password
- Billing Account number
- Pickup Open/Close hours
- Induction Address
TO BE VERIFIED
1. That the information to be provided has been received from a Old Dominion representative.
2. The username and password log in at https://www.odfl.com/
WARNING: Any missing or non-validated, incorrect setup or information will delay the setup process.
