Integration Requirements - Carton Cloud WMS

When integrating your Carton Cloud instance, Techdinamics will require the following information:

• API URL and keys (provided by Carton Cloud implementation team)
• Carton Cloud Username and Password (optional)
• Customer ID(s), Facility ID(s)
• Single SKU mapping list (if needed)
• Single Carrier mapping list (if needed)

Additionally, webhooks and scheduled reports can be set up for different events triggered by the WMS operations. Techdinamics can either set those up given the UI access granted, or provide the relevant information.

Known Issues

1.) Missing Container Information

No package information at shipments level - item information per box cannot be properly retrieved. Every item shipped is pulled within a single box instead - this is Carton Cloud limitation.

2.) Lack of webhook backup

It is currently not possible to back up the webhook downloads for inbound/outbound orders via a datetime range download due to Carton Cloud system limitation.
