
WARNING: FedEx IPD is a contractual service. Before proceeding with onboarding, you must have an active agreement with FedEx that enables this service for your account.
When onboarding (adding) a new FedEx IPD account, the following information must be provided and verified:

1st Setup Stage (Test account and certification)
- FedEx Test Account Number
- FedEx Test Account Key
- FedEx Test Account Password
- Induction Address
- Clearance Facility Location Test ID
2nd Setup Stage (Switch from Test to Production)
- FedEx Production Account Number
- FedEx Production Account Key
- FedEx Production Account Password
- Induction Address
- Pickup Open/Close/Ready time (Preferably)
- Clearance Facility Location Production ID
TO BE VERIFIED
1) The API keys and passwords have been obtained as described in the article linked below. If you do not yet have these values, follow the step-by-step instructions in that article to obtain them.
2) The billing address of the account matches FedEx's official records.
3) The FedEx developer website username has access to https://developer.fedex.com/api/en-us/catalog/ship/v1/docs.html#operation/CancelTag and is authorized to request both Test and Production keys.
4) The Clearance Facility Location ID has been provided by FedEx, which identifies the customs clearance location where the international shipment will be processed.
WARNING: Any missing, incorrect, or non-validated information will delay the onboarding process. API credentials are sensitive and should be handled securely. Avoid sharing or exposing them.
