Onboarding Requirements


Before configuring ATS Atlas in techSHIP, gather the required credentials and verify the required account settings


Information to be Provided


The following credentials and data points are mandatory to establish the connection. Ensure you have these items available before starting the setup:

     

DATA ELEMENTSOURCE (HOW TO OBTAIN)
Client IDObtain the approved ATS Atlas OAuth credential from the authorized credential source.
Client SecretObtain the approved ATS Atlas OAuth secret from the authorized credential source.
Docket Code
Confirm the client-specific ATS Atlas docket code before configuring the Client (Billing) Account.

   

Settings to be Verified


The following account configurations must be validated to prevent errors during the connection setup or the shipping process:

Carrier CodeConfirm that ATS Atlas is available in techSHIP with carrier code ATSATLAS.
Shipping ScopeConfirm that the shipment route is domestic Canada.
Package TypeConfirm the required package type for the client: Parcel or Pallet.
Label PreferenceConfirm the required label preference: PDF or ZPL.

   



ATS Atlas is configured as a separate carrier from ATSV2. Existing ATSV2 account values are not automatically copied into ATS Atlas.
