Onboarding Requirements

Before configuring ATS Atlas in techSHIP, gather the required credentials and verify the required account settings.

The following credentials and data points are mandatory to establish the connection. Ensure you have these items available before starting the setup:

The following account configurations must be validated to prevent errors during the connection setup or the shipping process:

ATS Atlas is configured as a separate carrier from ATSV2. Existing ATSV2 account values are not automatically copied into ATS Atlas.

• ATS Atlas supports domestic Canada shipping.
• ATS Atlas supports Parcel and Pallet package types.
• ATS Atlas and ATSV2 coexist as separate carrier configurations.
