These should be applied when setting up the Carrier accounts by Techdinamics Support staff, and the value to be used is the numerical ID.
WARNING: If you will certify for FedEx Ground Economy (ex SmartPost), you will need to submit labels for this service too, using the New Berlin HUB ID (5531) which is the one approved by FedEx to do so in test mode.
