Canada Post - Onboarding Requirements [Information]

When onboarding/adding a new Canada Post account the following information needs to be provided and verified:


- Canada Post Username

- Canada Post Password

- Induction Address


1) The Username and Password log in at:  

2) The Canada Post account is a commercial customer with a parcel agreement (we do NOT support Solutions for Small Business™ accounts)
