Basic Requirements
When integrating your Synapse instance, Techdinamics will require the following information:
- REST API keys (provided by the Zethcon implementation team)
- Customer ID(s)
- Facility ID(s)
- Single SKU mapping list (if needed)
Single Carrier mapping list (if needed)
Known Issues
Inventory Adjustments
Inventory Advice syncronization is only operable via SFTP exchange. There are no API calls available to achieve this flow.
