Basic Requirements
When integrating your Netsuite instance, Techdinamics will require the following information:
- Netsuite Account ID
- Netsuite API Keys (Consumer pair and Token pair)
- Carrier mapping list (if needed)
- SKU mapping list (if needed)
Generating API keys
You can set up the API keys for us following this guide by NetSuite.
Known Issues
OneWorld Cross-Subsidiary support
SOAP calls do not support One-World accounts with Cross-Subsidiary Fulfillment functionality enabled for Item Fulfillment documents.
Workaround: utilize Techdinamics supplied Restlet solution (TBD).
Large inventory sizes
SOAP calls do not support accounts with a large count of items or lots.
