How to add Outbound Manifests Manually [Step-by-step guide]

When operating your techTMS environment, you can add Outbound Manifests Manually.

While manifests are typically received via integration/API, you can create these manually if necessary.


NOTE: Make sure that you are operating under the right environment beforehand.


To do it, you will have to:


1. Click Manifests to deploy the options list and select Outbound


2. Click Add New Record



3. Enter the information

  • Customer ID: Select the Customer from the dropdown
  • Sortation Provider ID: Select the Sortation Provider from the dropdown
  • Date Range Begin/End: Indicate the Open and Close time for the manifest
  • Status: Indicate the status of the manifest (New, In Progress, Success, Fail)
  • Manifest ID: Complete with the Manifest ID code/number


4. Press Save to apply the changes
