How to Edit Tracking Events [Step-by-step guide]

When using techTMS, you can review the Events for your Trackings.

NOTE: Make sure that you are operating under the right environment beforehand.

To do it, you will have to:

1. Click Trackings

2. Click Events on the row for which you need to see the Tracking Events

techTMS will open the Events in a new, separate tab.

3. Press Edit on the row of the Event you need to update

4. Update/complete the information accordingly:

  • Type: Select the type of the event (Info, Warning, Error) from the dropdown
  • Category: Select the event category (Created, Shipped, Delivered, etc.) from the dropdown
  • Visibility: Select the visibility of the event (Public, Private) from the dropdown
  • Name: Detail the visible name of the event
  • Date: Indicate the date and time of the event
  • Longitude/Latitude: Detail the latitude and longitude recorded at the time of the event for geolocation purposes if required  
  • Description: Detail the description of the event

5. Press Save to apply the changes
