When managing Orders, you will have to update Events.
This article explains how to record a Delivery Event.
NOTE: Before following the steps, verify you have selected the Events module in the application header.
To record a Delivery Event you will have to:
1. Select Delivery from the Main Menu
2. Indicate if the Delivery will Require Signature or not
3. Tap to select the Sorting Code(s) related to the event, and confirm with OK
4. Scan the Tracking Number and press Finish to update; once ready you will see the confirmation message
