Assigning an ITN for orders over $2500 via UPS [Step-by-Step guide]

Modified on Thu, 27 Jun at 5:30 PM

When shipping exportable orders via UPS with goods valued over $2500, providing an ITN (Internal Transaction Number) might be needed as detailed in Shipper’s Export Declaration Filing Options with UPS.

NOTE: This feature is available for UPS native connections only.

This article details how to assign it to your order, assuming you already imported it:

1. Find the order through any of the possible ways (after Import Orders, Batches, Order History, etc) as it applies to the case

2. Click the edit button of the order you wish to update

3. Click the Carrier Options tab

4. Define the value in the field accordingly

5. Press Save to apply the changes
