How to Find Notification Logs [Step-by-Step guide]

The Notification Logs record the status of all sent webhooks, including tracking owner and portal event webhooks. Use this section to find and examine a specific entry for troubleshooting, testing, and debug analysis.


To find an entry in the notification logs:


1. Click Notification Logs from the left menu under the Logs section.


2. Filter the entries using the Search bar or click on the filter icon to apply an Advanced Filter.



3. Modify any of the following fields as needed:

  • Owner: Select to filter by webhook's ownership.
  • Notification Type: Select to filter by the webhook's type.
  • Notification Status: Select to filter by transmission status.
  • URL: Enter the URL to filter logs by endpoint.


4. Press Apply to review the filtered entries.



5. Click on the Event Date (UTC) for the desired entry to view its details.



6. Look for keywords that might be related to the case you are investigating (e.g., expected value in the JSON response).


NOTE: This is a scrollable popup with read-only fields.
