When onboarding/adding a new Yodel account the following information needs to be provided and verified:
TO BE PROVIDED
- User ID
- User Password
- Account ID
- Pick up open time
- Induction Address
TO BE VERIFIED
That the User ID, User Password, and Account ID has been provided by a Yodel representative.
WARNING: When requesting Yodel tracking APIs for use with techTRACK, confirm for both Test and Production whether the APIs provided are for a single Yodel account (Tracking) or multiple Yodel accounts (Tracking-Events):- Tracking API: Developed
- Tracking-Events API: Not yet developed

Currently, when shipping using multiple Yodel accounts, the Tracking-Events API would be required and tracking functionality in techTRACK is not supported at this time.
