How to set up a Pigeonship Baseline account [Step-by-Step guide]

When setting up a Pigeonship Carrier account, you will have to:

CARRIER SECTION

1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers

2. Click the Carrier for which you'll add the account to from the list

3. Click the Accounts tab

4. Click Add Account

5. In General Options set:

Token -> As provided by Pigeonship
Username & Password - > NOT NEEDED
Pickup open time -> Warehouse pick up open time
Pickup close time -> Warehouse pick up close time
Pickup ready hours -> Amount of hours it will take you to be ready from your open time
Same day cut-over time -> Time limit for same day orders
Same day deliver by time -> Time limit for same day order delivery
Next day deliver by time -> Time limit for next day orders
Weekends Mode (when closed): Saturday + Sunday or Sunday + Always Open -> Marked Closed (standard, could be different, always verify)
- Ignore weekends: Weekend days are considered like any other week day
- Saturday and Sunday: Saturday and Sunday are blocked from operation
- Sunday: Sunday is blocked from operation, while Saturday is considered like any other week day

NOTE: Here's how the cuts for Pickup open, close, ready hours and cutoff times work in conjunction:

Here's a practical example, this order printed at 2:08 PM with Ready Hours set to 2, would be a Next Day delivery to be picked up at Open time, because it's pickup time is 8 minutes past the Close time and Same Day cutover:
