How to Export Items for a Client to an XLSX File [Step-by-Step Guide]

You can export the items table for a specific client to a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet (XLSX) file. You can use this file to:

  • Backup your items table.
  • Keep it for your records.
  • Use it as a template to set up items on an import operation.


WARNING: Before proceeding, ensure you are familiar with the exported table structure.


To export the items table for a client to an XLSX file:


1. Find the desired client by clicking on My Clients from the left menu under the Clients section. 


2. Edit the desired client by clicking the Settings button.



3. Click Items tab.


4. Press Export.



techSHIP will download an XLSX file containing the items table.
