How to Add a Aramex Baseline Account [Guide]

This guide explains how to add and configure an Aramex Baseline Account.


A Baseline Carrier Account defines the default configuration required for the platform to communicate with the carrier and generate shipping labels. This setup is required before adding Client (Billing) Accounts and enabling shipping operations for this carrier.

Prerequisites


Before adding the Baseline Account, ensure the following prerequisites are completed:


Carrier-Specific Instructions


Carrier Tab


The Carrier tab contains the Baseline configuration used to identify the Carrier account and define its operational behavior. Fields in this view are grouped visually to distinguish mandatory (red-highlighted items) and optional (blue-highlighted items) carrier-specific settings.

Authentication: These required fields authenticate the Aramex account in the integration.

  • Username: The username used to authenticate the Aramex account in the integration.
  • Password: The password associated with the configured Aramex account.
  • Account Entity: The account entity value associated with the Aramex account configuration.
  • Account Number: The account number assigned to the Aramex shipping account.
  • Account Pin: The account PIN associated with the Aramex account credentials.

Label Settings: This optional field defines the label template used when generating shipping labels.

  • Label Template: Optional field used to select the label template applied to generated shipping labels.

Options: This optional field stores an internal location reference for the account configuration.

  • Pickup Location: Optional text field used to store an internal location reference for the account configuration.

     

Required Sender Address: These required fields define the sender address used by the Baseline account.

  • Address 1: The primary street address for the sender location.
  • City: The city associated with the sender location.
  • State / Province: The state or province associated with the sender location.
  • Zip: The postal code associated with the sender location.

Optional Sender Address: These optional fields provide additional sender address details.

  • Address 2: Optional additional address line for the sender location.
  • Address 3: Optional additional address line for extended sender address information.
  • Country: Optional country value associated with the sender location.

 

Labels Tab


Set Mode to one of the following values: [PDF, PNG].
