Error: No Shipments to Close [Solution] [Internal]

This error can be caused by batches being left open overnight

Batches should not be left open overnight, since some carriers and services (ex. FedEx Ground) do not support different date manifesting and will autoclose batches.

Check the batch date against the time when customer reported the problem.
