Error "2209 Inactive customer account" [Solution]

When processing an order though FedEx, you might come across the "2209 Inactive customer account" error.


This happens because your FedEx account has been deactivated by FedEx.


To solve this please call your assigned Fedex representative or Fedex support (http://www.fedex.com/ca_english/contactus/) to check why your account is inactive.
