When importing an order, you might come across the “Failed to fast import: Orders with Null shipment weight found” error.



This is directly related to order entry accounts in your WMS.


To solve this issue, you have several options:


1. Access, verify and correct the weight of your orders in your WMS (which is detected as empty)

2. Instead of using Fast Import, use Refresh and assign weight and dimensions to the package, to then import, as described in this article.


Once done, you’ll be able to import correctly if your orders’ information is complete and correct.
