When processing orders you might come across the "6521 ERROR Weight - Package weight is less than the minimum for requested service/packaging in RequestedPackage" error.
This message is shown when there is an attempt to process an order that has a weight which is not valid for the service level that you're trying to process the order through.
There are two approaches to solve this issue:
- Correct the weight: Follow the steps of this solution as described below
- Change the service level: Follow the steps of the article 06 - How to change an order’s Service Level - [Step-by-Step guide]

To solve this issue you will have to:
1. Click the Edit button of the order that contains the box you need to correct
2. Select the Packaging tab; this tab shows a list of all the boxes included in the order
3. Verify the weight of the boxes as required and do the necessary changes
4. Press Save to apply changes
