How to set up a Wallace & Carey Baseline account [Step-by-Step guide]

When setting up a Wallace & Carey Carrier account, you will have to: 

NOTE: This article describes how to set up the Carrier baseline account.
If the Carrier baseline account has already been set up and you intend to add a new Billing Account, refer to: How to add and set up a Wallace & Carey Billing Account [Step-by-Step guide]


1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers

2. Click the Carrier for which you'll add the account to from the list

3. Click the Accounts tab

4. Click Add Account

5. In General Options set:

  1. Name -> Wallace & Carey
  2. Usage mode -> Production
  3. Status -> Active
  4. Label mode -> ZPL
  5. SCAC -> Carrier/SCAC code you're using in the WMS 

6. In Carrier Options set and Save:

  1. Username -> API Username
  2. Password -> API Password
  3. Access Key -> API Key
  4. Domain -> Wallace & Carey connection URL, as provided by their staff
  5. Pickup open time -> Warehouse pick up open time
  6. Pickup close time -> Warehouse pick up close time
  7. Pickup ready hours -> Amount of hours it will take you to be ready from your open time
  8. Weekends mode -> Specify the Weekends Mode (Ignore Weekends, Sunday, Saturday and Sunday)
  9. Contact Phone/E-Mail -> Specify the point of contact in the warehouse phone and e-mail
  10. Sender address info -> Warehouse induction address
