How to get UPS invoices to import into techAUDIT [Step-by-Step guide]

When importing invoices, you will need to select the files you will push into techAUDIT.

To select them, you will need to download them from UPS first.

This process will detail how to obtain the invoices from the UPS Billing portal. 

NOTE: There could be slight differences between the steps described in this article and UPS's procedure should UPS change its current workflow to download invoices.

To download the invoices you will have to:

1. Access and log in with your UPS credentials

2. Select Invoices from the menu

3. Select the invoice(s) you wish to download

4. Click Download selected invoices

5. Select CSV: Full, which is the supported format by techAUDIT

6. Press Download to complete the process

Once ready, UPS will download either:

  • A CSV file (if you selected a single invoice)
  • A ZIP file (if you selected more than one invoice); in this case, unzip the file to get the usable importable files
