When setting up a fulfillment channel, you can map carriers and services by either importing or manually creating a mapping table.
This guide explains how to create a mapping table manually. If you prefer to import an existing one, refer to: How to Import/Export Carrier and Service Mappings in a Fulfillment Channel [Step-by-step guide].

To create a carriers and services mapping table:
1. Select the desired account from the header switcher.
2. Click Channels from the left menu under the Fulfillment Channels section.
3. Click on the fulfillment channel name.
4. Click on the Carrier Mappings tab.
5. Press Create.
6. Fill in the following fields:
- Carrier Channel Code: Enter the carrier's code used by the channel.
- Service Channel Code: Enter the carrier's service level code used by the channel.
- Carrier System Code: Select the carrier's code used by the system.
- Service System Code: Select the carrier's service level code used by the system.
- Primary: Check this box if this should be the primary mapping to use.
WARNING: You can define multiple mappings, but only one should be marked as primary.

Changes are applied immediately after saving.
8. Repeat steps 5–7 for each additional carrier and service mapping you need to add.
