Integration Requirements - ShipEdge WMS

Basic Requirements

When integrating your ShipEdge instance, Techdinamics will require the following information:

• ShipEdge Username and Password (optional)
  
• API URL and Secret key
• ShipEdge Account ID
• Warehouse ID

• Single Carrier mapping list (if needed)

• Single SKU mapping list (if needed)

  
  

  
  

Additionally, webhooks and scheduled reports can be set up for different events triggered by the WMS operations. Techdinamics can either set those up given the UI access granted, or provide the relevant information.

Techdinamics currently utilizes a combination of v2 and v4 ShipEdge API due to v4 limitations.

Known Issues

Orders:

   Order download is limited by webhook availability. Backup triggers can only be created for Creation Date due to API limitations.

Shipments:

    No package information at shipments level - item information per box cannot be properly retrieved. Every item shipped is pulled within a single box instead - this is ShipEdge's limitation.

Returns:

   It is not possible to create multiple RMAs for one ShipNum in ShipEdge.
