How to set up a TST Overland Baseline account [Step-by-Step guide]

When setting up a TST Overland Carrier account, you will have to: 

NOTE: This article describes how to set up the Carrier baseline account.
If the Carrier baseline account has already been set up and you intend to add a new Billing Account, refer to: How to add and set up a TST Overland Billing Account [Step-by-Step guide]


1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers

2. Click the Carrier for which you'll add the account to from the list

3. Click the Accounts tab

4. Click Add Account

5. In General Options set:

  1. Name -> TST Overland 
  2. Usage mode -> Production
  3. Status -> Active
  4. Label mode -> PDF
  5. SCAC -> Carrier/SCAC code you're using in the WMS 

6. In Carrier Options set and Save:


  1. Login -> TST Overland API Username
  2. Password -> TST Overland API Password
  3. Authorization -> TST Overland API Authorization Key
  4. Requestor (API company code) -> Requestor value as registered and indicated by TST
  5. Sender address info -> Warehouse induction address


  • Pickup open time -> Warehouse pick up open time
  • Pickup close time -> Warehouse pick up close time
  • Pickup ready hours -> Amount of hours it will take you to be ready from your open time
  • Weekends mode -> Specify the Weekends Mode (Ignore Weekends, Sunday, Saturday and Sunday)
    - Ignore weekendsWeekend days are considered like any other week day
    - Saturday and Sunday
    Saturday and Sunday are blocked from operation
    - Sunday
    Sunday is blocked from operation, while Saturday is considered like any other week day
