How to set up an Allstates World Cargo Baseline account [Step-by-Step guide]

When setting up an Allstates World Cargo Carrier account, you will have to: 

NOTE: This article describes how to set up the Carrier baseline account.
If the Carrier baseline account has already been set up and you intend to add a new Billing Account, refer to: How to add and set up an Allstates World Cargo Billing Account [Step-by-Step guide]

CARRIER SECTION

1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers

2. Click the Carrier for which you'll add the account to from the list

3. Click the Accounts tab

4. Click Add Account

5. In General Options set:

1. Name -> Allstates World Cargo - [Account number] (e.g. Allstates World Cargo - 12345)
2. Usage mode -> Production
3. Status -> Active
4. Label mode -> PDF
5. SCAC -> Carrier/SCAC code you're using in the WMS 
   
   

6. In Carrier Options set and Save:

1. Username -> Allstates World Cargo API Username
2. Password -> Allstates World Cargo API Password
3. Account Number -> Allstates World Cargo Account Number
4. Station Code -> Allstate Station Code as indicated by Allstate World Cargo according to your Induction Address (e.g. EWR)
5. Pickup open time -> Warehouse pick up open time
6. Pickup close time -> Warehouse pick up close time
   
7. Pickup ready hours -> Amount of hours it will take you to be ready from your open time
8. Weekends mode -> Specify the Weekends Mode (Ignore Weekends, Sunday, Saturday and Sunday)
   - Ignore weekends: Weekend days are considered like any other week day
   - Saturday and Sunday: Saturday and Sunday are blocked from operation
   - Sunday: Sunday is blocked from operation, while Saturday is considered like any other week day 
9. Mode of shipment: Select the shipping mode that will be used for transportation
10. Calculate Pickup Time: REQUIRED if Pickup open, close, ready hours and Weekends mode will be used, to become effective
