How to set up a Haulistic (LTL) Baseline account [Step-by-Step guide]

This article describes how to set up the Carrier baseline accountIf the Carrier baseline account has already been set up and you intend to add a new Billing Account, refer to: How to add and set up a Haulistic (LTL) Billing Account [Step-by-Step guide]

 

When setting up a Haulistic (LTL) Carrier account, you will have to: 



CARRIER SECTION


1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers


2. Click the Carrier for which you'll add the account to from the list


3. Click the Accounts tab


4. Click Add Account



5. In General Options set:

  1. Name -> Haulistic (LTL)
  2. Usage mode -> Production
  3. Status -> Active
  4. Label mode -> PDF
  5. SCAC -> Carrier/SCAC code you're using in the WMS 



6. In Carrier Options set and Save:

  1. Client ID: API Client ID as provided by Haulistic
  2. Client Secret (Password): API Password as provided by Haulistic
  3. Scope -> Complete with the associated area, as indicated by Haulistic and applicable to your account
  4. Pickup open time -> Time in HH:MM format when the warehouse is open for pick up 
  5. Pickup close time -> Time in HH:MM format when the warehouse closes for pick up
  6. Sender Address info -> Warehouse induction address
