You can disable or enable carriers to temporarily pause or resume availability within techSHIP.
WARNING: Disabling a carrier makes it unavailable in techSHIP, including for rate shopping. Billing will stop in the next cycle, meaning you will only be charged for the current one. To maximize its use, consider disabling it near the end of the cycle (e.g., if your billing cycle ends on the 20th, disabling it on the 19th ensures full usage).
NOTE: Before proceeding, ensure you are operating the right portal.
To enable or disable carriers:
1. Click My Carriers from the left menu under the Carriers section to find the desired carrier.
2. Click the Settings icon to edit the desired carrier.

3. Set the Enabled field to:
- Checked: To enable the carrier.
- Unchecked: To disable the carrier.
4. Press Save.

The carrier is now disabled and will no longer be used for rate shopping. Future billing cycles have been halted.
