When setting up a USPS Direct Carrier baseline account to ship through USPS, you will have to:

CARRIER SECTION
1. Access Maintenance and select Carriers
2. Click the Carrier for which you'll add the account to from the list
3. Click the Accounts tab
4. Click Add Account
5. In General Options set:
- Name -> USPS Direct - [Account number] (e.g. USPS Direct - 500000)
- Usage mode -> Production
- Status -> Active
- Label mode -> ZPL, PDF or PNG (PNG only for domestic shipments)
- SCAC -> Carrier/SCAC code you're using in the WMS
WARNING: To avoid getting charged by carrier estimations, you can enable Dimensions Required, which will require dimensions for every shipment and send an error message if these are missing.

6. In Carrier Options set and Save:
- EPS Account Number -> Complete with the EPS Account Number (as provided by USPS)
- CRID Number -> Complete with the CRID Number (as provided by USPS)
- MID -> Complete with the MID Number (as provided by USPS)
- Manifest MID -> Complete with the Manifest MID Number (as provided by USPS)
- Consumer Key -> Complete with the API Key (API Key as provided by USPS)
- Consumer Secret -> Complete with the Consumer API Secret (API Key password as provided by USPS)
- Sender address info -> Warehouse induction address
