The Fulfillment Insight dashboard provides a detailed view of your fulfillment operations' speed and accuracy. It helps you monitor how efficiently orders are processed and shipped, identify bottlenecks, and track performance. This article provides detailed information on its displayed data.

I. PURPOSE



Use this dashboard for daily operational monitoring and process optimization by:

  • Tracking the average time it takes to ship an order.

  • Analyzing the distribution of fulfillment times to identify delays.

  • Monitoring fulfillment accuracy on a per-Account basis.

  • Ensuring operational targets and customer expectations are being met.

II. COMPONENTS



Key components:



A. Embedded Filters: Filter by Fulfillment Center, Date Range, or a combination.


B. Summary: Displays Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including the Average Fulfillment Time for shipped orders and the Percentage of Shipments versus Total Shipments.


C. Fulfillment Speed Analysis: A series of charts dedicated to the speed of processing. This section includes the average fulfillment time by account and two views of the fulfillment time distribution (one general and one broken down by account). This allows for analyzing both the average speed and its consistency.


D. Fulfillment Accuracy Analysis: A bar chart showing the Fulfillment Accuracy Rate (%) by Account, focused on measuring the quality and precision of the shipping process for each client.
