The Fulfillment Insight dashboard provides a detailed view of your fulfillment operations' speed and accuracy. It helps you monitor how efficiently orders are processed and shipped, identify bottlenecks, and track performance. This article provides detailed information on its displayed data.

I. PURPOSE

Use this dashboard for daily operational monitoring and process optimization by:

Tracking the average time it takes to ship an order.
Analyzing the distribution of fulfillment times to identify delays.
Monitoring fulfillment accuracy on a per-Account basis.
Ensuring operational targets and customer expectations are being met.

II. COMPONENTS

Key components:

A. Embedded Filters: Filter by Fulfillment Center, Date Range, or a combination.

B. Summary: Displays Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the selected fulfillment center. This section includes:

Average Fulfillment Time (hr): The average time (in hours) between an order's creation date and its 'Shipped' status date.
Percentage Shipments vs Total Shipments: The number of shipments from the selected fulfillment center, shown as a percentage of all shipments from all fulfillment centers in the organization.

C. Fulfillment Speed Analysis: A series of charts dedicated to the speed of processing. This section includes:

NOTE: The Industry Avg. metrics displayed beneath select charts represent the global aggregate data across all active techOMS accounts. These benchmarks calculate data over a rolling 90-day period.

Avg. Fulfillment Time (hr) by Account: The average fulfillment time (in hours) grouped by account. This chart also displays the Industry Avg. Fulfillment Time.
Fulfillment Time Distribution: A count of orders grouped by the number of days taken to fulfill.
Fulfillment Time Distribution by Account: The same fulfillment time distribution, but also segmented by account.

D. Fulfillment Accuracy Analysis: A bar chart displaying the Fulfillment Accuracy Rate (%) by Account, which measures the percentage of orders with a Shipped status compared to the total orders (those Shipped plus Short Shipped) for each account. This section also displays the Industry Avg. Fulfillment Accuracy Rate.
