This guide explains how to add and configure a Skydropx Baseline Account.

A Baseline Carrier Account defines the default configuration required for the platform to communicate with the carrier and generate shipping labels. This setup is required before adding Client Billing Accounts and enabling shipping operations for this carrier.

Prerequisites

Before adding the Baseline Account, ensure the following prerequisites are completed:

• Skydropx Onboarding Requirements and Configuration Guides [Information].
• Confirm the customer has Skydropx PRO access and the credentials required to connect through the Skydropx API.
• Follow the configuration steps as described in How to Add a Carrier Baseline Account [Step-by-Step guide] using the values provided below.

Carrier-Specific Instructions

Carrier Tab

The Carrier tab contains the Baseline configuration used to authenticate the carrier connection and define default sender information for the integration. Fields in this view are grouped visually to distinguish mandatory (red-highlighted items) and optional (blue-highlighted items) carrier-specific settings.

Client Id and SecretKey: Enter the Skydropx API credentials for the account. These fields authenticate the connection between techSHIP and Skydropx.

Sender name and Sender company: Enter the default sender contact and company information for the Baseline Account.

Address 1, Address 2, City, State/province, and Zip: Enter the default sender address required for the Baseline Account. Address 2 can be added when applicable.

Country, Phone, and Email: Optionally enter additional default sender information for the Baseline Account.

Pickup instructions: Optionally enter default pickup instructions for the Baseline Account.

Label format: Defines the label output format for the carrier. Skydropx labels are generated in PDF format.

Set Mode to PDF.
