Carrier Tab

The Carrier tab contains the Baseline Account fields used to identify the ESW carrier connection and define confirmed carrier-specific configuration details. Red icons identify required fields, and blue icons identify fields not marked as required.

A

Client Id: Identifies the ESW API client used to authenticate the Baseline Account connection.

B

Client secret: Stores the secret credential used with Client Id to authenticate the ESW carrier connection.

C

Brand code: Identifies the ESW brand used for package creation. Configure this value in the Baseline Account when the brand code should be provided from the carrier connection; the source confirms the brand code must be specified either in the Baseline Account or in the Client (Billing) Account.

D

Distribution Centre: Defines the ESW distribution centre value used for the package creation request when configured.

E

Hub Code: Defines the ESW hub code value used for the package creation request when configured.

Labels Tab

Set Mode to the confirmed label format configured for this carrier. ESW supports ZPL and PDF; the expected format must be confirmed with ESW before setup.

Warning

Select Save before continuing so the configured settings are applied.
