	Exported files may differ from import templates. Always use the provided import templates to ensure compatibility and avoid errors or data corruption.

Import Templates

The table below details the available import templates categorized by module, including the specific file name and the related instruction guide. The actual CSV files are available for download in the attachments section at the bottom of this article.

	The C_SKU_Mappings.csv file is used for SKU mappings in both sales and fulfillment channels. While the second column header references fulfillment channel SKU, the file structure applies to both channel types.

	Additional files may be added as more functionalities support file imports.
