How to View a Sales Order Fraud Score [Step-by-Step Guide]

You can view a sales order fraud score to help with decision-making while processing a sales order.

NOTE: If the sales channel supports this feature, the fraud score is automatically assigned. Otherwise, it will display as None.

You can configure rules based on this score. For example, to proactively take actions on potentially suspicious sales orders before processing them.

To view a sales order fraud score:

1. Find the desired sale order by selecting the desired account and navigating to the Sales Orders menu.

2. Click on the order.

3. Check Show Details.

4. Review the Fraud Score value.

• Medium
• High

If the sales order was created through a supported sales channel, the fraud score is calculated using the following conversion table:

The References tab displays the original fraud score from the sales channel. Use the corresponding reference code from the previous table to locate it.
