When setting up a beta sales channel, you may need to define how Products are synchronized between techOMS and that specific channel. This guide walks you through the configuration process.

WARNING: Make sure your configuration aligns with the Account's Master Product Source setting. Otherwise, this can result in unnecessary or misleading logs. For details, see Understanding the techOMS Master Product Source [Information].
To configure Product synchronization for a beta sales channel:
1. Select the desired account from the header switcher.
2. Click Channels from the left menu under the Sales Channels section.
3. Click on the Sales Channel name.
4. Use the Main Job Period fields to define how often each Product Synchronization Setting runs.

Available sync frequencies and directions depend on the Sales Channel. See techOMS Sales Channels - Master List [Guides List] for details on your channel's supported features.
5. Press Save.
Your beta sales channel is now configured with the selected Product synchronization strategy.
