When processing an order, you might come across the “004 Cannot rate this shipment - Please verify address and all details...” error, followed by an indication of which element of the address has been detected as incorrect.
This occurs when there are errors in the address.
Feel free to follow this video guide, or the step-by-step procedure below.
To do so:
- Edit the order related to the error
- Correct the address according to the indication of the error message
- Press Save to apply the changes
After doing so, if the rest of the information is complete, you will be able to Process or Process & Print the order.
