Single manifest mode enabled for (Account). Please switch to master manifest [Solution]

When manifesting, you might come across the "Single manifest mode enabled for (Account name). Please switch to master manifest or override account on batch level" error.

WARNING: Canada Post doesn't support Manifest by Batch ID. 

This happens when you try to manifest an account using the regular method but the account has been set to manifest at batch level instead of at account level.

If you wish to keep your current setup, you can manifest the batch following these steps:

1. Find the order through any of the possible ways (after Import Orders, Batches, Order History, etc) as it applies to the case

2. Press the Finalize button (only the selected orders will be manifested)

3. Confirm you wish to proceed

NOTE: If you wish to change the mode to manifest by account (by Master ID), contact techShip support with the request.
