Authentication 250002 – Invalid Authentication Information [Solution]

When processing orders, you might come across the "Authentication 250002 – Invalid Authentication Information" error.



This error is shown when the UPS account password does not match the one provided upon account setup (it was reset or changed).

Provide the new password to Techdinamics' staff reaching support@techship.io for update and reprocess upon confirmation of the change.
