Hard 9264030 - The state is not supported in the Customer Integration Environment [Solution]

When processing orders you might come across the "Hard 9264030 - The state is not supported in the Customer Integration Environment" error.



This error is shown when Address Validation is used when interacting in Test Mode.

When running operations using UPS's Test endpoint, not every feature available for usage in Production mode is available for Test, increasing the possibilities of issues like this.

To solve this issue you will have to:


1. Access Clients under the Maintenance menu


2. Click on the client related to the order

3. Edit the Billing Account (Carrier) related to the order and error


4. Select the Carrier Options tab

5. Change the Address Validation level to No Validation



6. Press Save to apply the changes
