Failed to fetch Freight.Com rates: Required field: city is missing [Solution]

When processing an order, you might run into the "Failed to fetch Freight.Com rates: Required field: city is missing" error.



This error relates to a misconfiguration of the Baseline Carrier Account.


Please contact support@techship.io requesting the correction or addition of the City field of the Baseline account.
