When processing Day & Ross LTL orders using, you might get zero value rates:
This issue is related to several independent or cumulative issues. To solve it you will need to check the following:
- Rates must be enabled for your account by Day & Ross support; if you are not sure or these have not been enabled, reach Day & Ross support for this purpose
- Day & Ross has API limitations that can only automatically rate shipments with the following features:
- 5 pieces or less
- Maximum weight of 19999 Lbs
- Maximum trailer volume of 10 ft
If your shipment disqualifies for any of these limits, Day & Ross will not provide a quote via API and you will need to get a spot quote to get an advance price.
