You can get API key for your organization to integrate techTRACK with third-party software and automate processes. This key should be used in conjunction with your user API key.
NOTE: The organization's details page, including the organization's API key, is accessible to administrators only. Before proceeding, be sure to read Getting started using techTRACK APIv2 [Information] for complete instructions.
WARNING: API credentials are sensitive and should be handled securely. Avoid sharing or exposing them.
To get the API key for your organization:
1. Click Organizations from the left menu under the System section.
2. Find the desired organization using the search box.
3. View the desired organization details by pressing View.
4. Copy the organization's API key from the Api Key field.
Once you have copied the organization's API key, your next step will be to obtain your user API key. Please refer to Getting started using techTRACK APIv2 [Information] for complete instructions.
